Overview
At CourthouseCloud, we design every product and service with one purpose in mind — to make your wedding day simpler, more beautiful, and entirely yours. Because we deliver primarily digital goods and time-sensitive wedding services, our refund policy is structured to be fair, transparent, and protective of your investment.
Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order with CourthouseCloud, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Digital Products & Wedding Website Plans
Subscription Plans (Monthly & Annual)
- Monthly Plans: You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for unused days within an active monthly period.
- Annual Plans: Refund requests submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase date will be honored in full, provided you have not used the platform to publish a live wedding website. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active through the end of the subscription term.
- Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, you will be charged only the prorated difference. Upgrade charges are non-refundable once the upgraded features have been accessed.
One-Time Digital Purchases
(Templates, design add-ons, guest management tools, RSVP features, custom domain connections, etc.)
All one-time digital purchases are final sale and non-refundable once delivered or activated, as these items provide immediate access to intellectual property and digital assets.
Exception: If a one-time purchase results in a technical defect that CourthouseCloud is unable to resolve within 5 business days of a reported issue, a full refund will be issued.
Premium & Concierge Service Packages
For couples who purchase bundled planning packages, photography coordination, virtual officiant booking, or other premium services:

Third-Party Services: CourthouseCloud acts as an intermediary for select third-party vendors (photographers, officiants, venue partners). Refunds for these services are governed by each vendor's individual cancellation policy. We will make every effort to advocate on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee third-party refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our team within the applicable refund window:

- Subject Line: "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]"
- Include: Your full name, order number, date of purchase, and a brief description of your reason for requesting a refund.
Our team will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items & Circumstances
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Digital products that have been downloaded, activated, or accessed
- Custom domain registration or transfer fees
- Subscription fees for periods already rendered
- Promotional or discounted purchases (including seasonal sales)
- Services where the event date has already passed
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
Exchanges & Plan Changes
We do not offer direct exchanges on digital purchases. However, if you've purchased a plan that doesn't fit your needs, you may contact us and our team will work with you to find an appropriate solution — including plan adjustments, feature swaps, or account credits where applicable.
Defective or Undelivered Orders
If you experience a technical failure that prevents access to your purchased product or service, please contact us immediately at admin@directoryonlinesvc.com. We will investigate and, where CourthouseCloud is at fault, provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- Full or partial refund
- Account credit
- Replacement product or service of equal value
Changes to This Policy
CourthouseCloud reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered account holders and posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of CourthouseCloud following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
